2020 Fall Conference

Fall Conference Update

Your team is working hard to ensure that our annual fall conference will continue to go on as scheduled without a hitch, while also making sure that everyone will be as safe as possible. We have received confirmation that our venue is good to go with plenty of space to spread out for social distancing.

Some proposed measures we will be taking will be:

• ALL surfaces will be sanitized prior to doors opening.
• Masks will be mandatory and will not be provided.
• Hand sanitizer will be available at check-in and throughout the venue.
• There will be two contactless check-in lines spaced apart outside.
• Contactless temperatures will be taken at check-in.
• Meals will be pre-boxed or pre-packaged.
• Vendors spaced out and limit the number of attendees at their booth.

In order to help facilitate social distancing measures, we ask that you:

• Wear your mask at all times indoors.
• Maintain CDC's social distancing recommendations at all times.
• No loitering or lingering in large groups.
• Please use the available hand sanitizer whenever possible.
• Pre-registration will be mandatory.
• Please stay home if you aren't feeling well.

If you're uncomfortable or otherwise unable to physically attend, we are also offering a live stream option (also included with full and associate memberships, but registration is still required).
